1.Karna was literally abandoned by his mother

While serving rishi durvasa kunti got a boom from rishi durvasa becase he was impressed by her devotion and determination.durvasa gave her a mantra by which she can have a child of any demi god

Using her mantra she called surya dev(god of sun) who gave her the child name as “karna”.

Kunti being ashamed of her bastard,and how she will explain her birth,puts her child in the basket and live it in river ganga

2.He was refused the knowledge of warfare because he was a charioteers son

Karna was brought up by a charioteer,a class which is much lower than might kshatriyas.but by blood he is a warrior.

He goes to risihi dhronacharya to gain knowledge about warfare but he rejected his proposal because he was not a kshatriya

3.He saw the death of his younger brother at a very small age

Karna who always wanted to bring a change in the thinking of the kshatriyas

He challenged maha bali bishma to sit behind his charioteer and be still.Shon the yonger brother of karna after realizing the consequence he chanted the “hari om” mantra which a sute putra is not allowed,by doing this there is only one punishment i.e death knowing ths and just to stop the challenge which karna gave to bishma.

4.Undauned with a thirst of learning,he disguised himself as bramin

He disguised himself as bramin and learned all the warfare whith Loard parshurama with dedication.

5. Parshurama cursed him even though he knew that Karna was a kshatriya

We all know the story about purshurama is resting his head on karna’s lap and the wasp lands on karna thigh and burrows a hole

Pursharama knew from the beginning that karna was a kshatriya and he lied about being a bramin

And he still cursed karna.He cursed him that he will forget all his warfare knowledge when he needed it the most.

 6.He even outshone arjuna when they finished their training,but dronacharya shooed him like a dog

After pandavas and kauravas completed his training a grand gala is organized to show their potential.karna find the way at the gala,and leave all the pandavas and kauravs embarrassed.He outshine each of them.

But dronacharya shooed him like a dog because he was not a kshatriya and also accused him of being adharma,because he thinks he stole the military knowledge by being a bramin.

 7.He won Drupadi’s hand in marriage before arjuna by hitting the fish eye but again rejected

At drupati swayamwar,Karna shorted the fish eye  before arjuna.But is rejected outrightly in front of everyone by drupati

She proclaimed in front of everyone that she will not marry a suta(a lower caste)

Karna accepted this and walked away.

 8.He was cursed by a bramin of accidently killing a cow while practicing archery

Once when karna was practicing his archery,he accidently killed a cow which belong to a bramin.He was enraged.He then gave a  cursed to karna that he will also die with an arrow when is his most helpless.

 9.He helped a small child and was cursed by mother earth

Once, a small girl was carrying a bowl of ghee to her mother and she accidentally spills it on the ground. She was very afraid that her mother would scold her for this. Karna decides to help her by invoking powerful incantations to squeeze ghee out of Earth itself.

This causes great pain to Mother Earth and she curses Karna, that when he would be the most vulnerable, she would abandon him.

Thus, his chariot wheel could not be taken out of the mud it was stuck in

 10.Karna gave his enchanted armor to a disguised Indra,even when he knew it was a dirty trick

Karna was born with an impenetrable golden armor-a gift from his father-LORD SURYA.Indra knew this armor will prevent karna from death.So indra disguised himself as bramin and asked karna for his armor.

The armor is not a armor once put on his cloth.The armor was attached to him and was a body part.

He nevertheless ripped the armor from his body and gave to indra like a piece of flesh from his body.

So, if you think you have had a bad day, and life is not going as you want it to, take heart from the story of Karna and face it nonetheless, without fear of failure and without any interruption in learning.

Because at the end of the day, and at the end of time, were you unflinching in the eye of a cruel fate and stayed your path?

Because in real life, fate does seem to be cruel and life unfair.
